Product Hive is two days of active work

Learn—March 18

Day One focuses on a series of keynote sessions. Each keynote is accompanied by discussion panels and debates, allowing participants to exchange insights and explore the presented topics in depth.

The day concludes with an after-party, providing a relaxed setting for further networking and informal conversations.

Share—March 19

Day Two is dedicated to barcamp sessions, offering an open and collaborative environment for participants to share experiences and ideas. The agenda is dynamic, combining prepared presentations with spontaneous sessions proposed by attendees.

Together with participants, we co-create the day’s schedule to ensure the most popular sessions don’t overlap. In smaller groups across several rooms, participants choose what they want to attend and move freely between sessions throughout the day.

Roman Pichler keynote barcamp
A leading product management expert who specialises in product strategy, product leadership, and agility. Roman has coached and trained product managers/owners and advised product leaders for nearly 20 years. He is the author of four influential books, including Strategize and How to Lead in Product Management.
Roman writes an award-winning product management blog, and he shares practical insights on his podcast and YouTube channel. His frameworks—including the Product Vision Board, GO Product Roadmap, and Strategy Stack—are used by product teams around the world.
Lucie McLean keynote barcamp
A Berlin-based product leader with 30 years experience in media and tech. For the last 20 years, Lucie has led product and engineering teams at organisations including the BBC, Zalando and Google to deliver best in class user experiences across fashion inspiration, travel, news, sport (including the 2008, 2012 and 2024 Olympics), finance, children’s games and video on demand.
Lucie started her career as a journalist before pivoting into product. Over the last couple of years she has also trained in executive coaching and currently coaches internally at Google and externally with groups and individuals.
Gojko Adzic keynote
The author of Lizard Optimization, Impact Mapping, Specification by Example and a few more books… He is the founder of Narakeet and a partner at Neuri Consulting LLP.
Gojko is one of the 2019 AWS Serverless Heroes, the winner of the 2016 European Software Testing Outstanding Achievement Award, and the 2011 Most Influential Agile Testing Professional Award. Gojko’s book Specification by Example won the Jolt Award for the best book of 2012, and his blog won the UK Agile Award for the best online publication in 2010.
Ieva Juzėnaitė keynote
A product leader with 10 years of experience in product management. Today she leads Incogni (of Surfshark) a Lithuanian cybersecurity unicorn. She led the launch of Incogni from the ground up and drove year-over-year growth, doubling the business consistently. Her work focuses on turning complex privacy problems into scalable, user-centric product. In parallel, she rebuilt the Ironwall (by Incogni) product from scratch to step into the B2B market.
She has shared insights as a panelist at Verslo Žinios (Lithuania), discussing consumer behavior trends and how changing user expectations shape products. Known for her drive and passion for product growth, she believes that great products are built by teams who deeply care about product.
